Between Paris, where he grew up and studied, and Beirut, a city to which he is very attached, Frédéric Imbert builds his career in diversity by developing interior architecture and furniture projects through personal studies and collaborations. Interior architect and designer inspired by nature, Frédéric Imbert's work proposes a deep conversation between landscape and domesticated space. A vision composed of different strata, of urban sedimentations that constitute the soil from which the designer feeds and sculpts organic forms.
Frédéric's work is made up of contrasts, both visual and sensitive, leading to an alteration of reality. Unexpected materials, sculpted forms, softness and roughness of the material, smooth or rough surfaces, curves and imperfections mastered by the eye and the hand. The 01 collection is produced in partner workshops, but keeps the same production scheme, i.e. an ethical development of the pieces, the interest is to show a low ecological impact in the conception of these collections.
