Elisa Uberti studied Applied Arts and Fashion Design in Northern France. Fashion was her first means of artistic communication. It is the medium she chose to express her desires and creativity. She has a real passion for the material, its possibilities, for clothing in general, its history as a witness of an era.
In 2004, Elisa embarks on a great adventure. She created her own brand of women's ready-to-wear clothing. The desire to undertake, to be independent leads her to create a complete universe that resembles her. She starts by creating small series in her workshop at the time. In 2006, the adventure accelerates, Elisa opens a boutique and distributes internationally through trade shows in Paris, New York and Tokyo. An exciting and enriching experience. After 8 years in fashion, Elisa went back to work for a large ready-to-wear brand. She learned a lot, traveled, and met many professionals. After these years spent in fashion and the frantic rhythm of the collections, Elisa decides to move on to something else; mass consumption, the lack of transparency in manufacturing, the obsolescence of products that are thrown away with the seasons .... do not correspond to her anymore. She then decides to work with her hands again and the desire to create new projects is born.
